  • Yes, we recommend booking in advance, especially for extension installs and weekend dates, which are often reserved for weddings and events.

  • It depends on the method and how much hair you’re adding. As a guide: tape-ins take about 1-2 hours, invisible bead and chain installs about 2-4 hours, and keratin tips about 3-5 hours, sometimes longer for a very full look. Cindy will give you a personal estimate at your consultation.

  • Cindy works with trusted brands she’s trained with, including Christian Michael Hair Extensions and Kelly Maxwell, and also sources hair herself, so she can choose the best match for your color, texture and goals.

  • Cindy will recommend a home-care routine for your hair type and extension method at your appointment, including gentle, sulfate-free options.
