Please allow 1.5 hours for one service and up to 3 hours for both makeup and hair services. $100 per hour after the 1.5/3 hour timeframe is met for additional looks/styles. Trial/preview appointments are booked Monday's-Thursday's AFTER 3pm pst. Weekends are reserved for weddings. You may request to be added on a soft hold list for any weekend dates that may become available last minute. See destination charge below.
A retainer of $300 is required to reserve the wedding date. This is non refundable. Due to the nature of the business your wedding date will not be held until deposit is paid and the signed contract received. Your retainer will be deducted from wedding day balance. A minimum of $1000 is required for all Thursday - Sunday Weddings booked and performed by Cindy. This does not include the preview/trial appointment. Example: If only the Bride is booking, the cost will be $1000. Ask about Cindy's 'Bride only' package.
DESTINATION CHARGE
San Diego area: $1.oo per mile one way from zip code 92116 Orange County: $100 Los Angeles: $200 Destination charge per artisttraveling to location. Outside SoCal please see Travel rate below.
PARKING:
All parking is to be paid by client for each artist booked for services.Valet or up front self parking at the location of services. Please ask venue/location about vendor rates, discounts or waived parking fees. Artists arrive with multiple kit gear, chairs and lighting.
LOCATION CHANGE:
Additional $100 (per hour) if needed to change location for makeup and hair services after services have begun. Example: Changing location from a home or hotel to a venue for the use of the bridal suite. Please take in mind that the packing and unpacking of our kits with the drive time and can be tedious, time consuming and will cut into the time needed for the services requested.
ADDITIONAL ARTISTS:
Additional artist requests for optimal timing. Additional artist's are included with no additional fee after the $1000 minimum is met with Cindy. Note: If the minimum is not met the amount due will round up to the minimum required to book Cindy. Due to the new AB5 law now in effect in the state of California. All additional artists will be paid directly from the bride, as stated on the final invoice due.
CANCELLATIONS:
$300 retainer is non-refundable. Please see signed wedding contract for more information.
PAYMENTS:
Payments are to be collected from client/bride only.Due NO LATER than one week prior of the wedding day. Only exception will be payment in cash, collected the day of wedding prior to artists starting services.No services will not begin until full invoice is paid. Any day of 'upgrades' and or 'add on' services need to be paid immediately before the service begins to the artist performing the service.
TRAVEL RATE:
$1250 is the minimum required for day of services when traveling outside the San Diego, California area. Separate Per diem rate for each day Cindy or booked Artist's are away for the destination; travel days. This price does not include cost of round trip airfare, transportation and lodging.

GRATUITY:
Gratuity/Tipping is not added in the invoice. It's not required, but greatly appreciated. Suggested gratuity is between 15%-20%, the same as in a salon.
