PRICING WITH CINDY
Bride
- Bridal makeup & hair (combo) $1200

Bridal Party / Additional services
- Makeup $150 per service
- Hair $150 per service
A minimum of $1650 is required for all Thursday - Sunday Weddings booked with Cindy,
(Equivalent to Bride's makeup & hair + 3 additional services).
The minimum does not include the preview/trial appointment pricing.
Optional: On Site Touch-ups $150 per hour, starting immediately after services are completed. Includes hairstyle and or makeup changes, a great add on if you're under the minimum required to book.
Bride Only package with Cindy
- Makeup & Hair $1500
Includes 4 hours for additional look/hairstyle changes and touch-up's starting immediately after makeup and hair services are completed. This is a great option for brides who are worried about tears and those who have more than one wedding gown.

There is a $750 minimum of services required to book each additional artist. The artists are not assistants or employed by Cindy Stirling Makeup & Hair, they're incredibly skilled independent contractors who run their own businesses, with years of experience. In order to reserve them they require a minimum (includes 5 services). We only bring on the best of the best!
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Your choice of customized individual false eyelashes, full strip or individual drop lashes.
- Day of Beauty Timeline' so rest assure, you won't have to coordinate a thing.
- Accommodating bridal parties of any size with our additional artists.
- Application of personal clip-in hair extensions, bridal veil and hair accessories.
- Makeup and hair touch-ups during the final 15-30 minutes after all services have been completed.
- Unlimited communication to answer any questions you may have.

Trial/preview appointments are booked Monday's-Thursday's AFTER 2:30pm pst.

Please allow 1.5 hours for one service and up to 3 hours for both makeup and hair services.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
BOOKING RETAINER
SAVE THE DATE:
A retainer of $300 is required to reserve the wedding date with Cindy. $200 per additional artist reserved. This is non refundable. Due to the nature of the business your wedding date will not be held until the retainer is paid and the signed contract is received. Your retainer will be deducted from wedding day invoice.

PARKING:
All parking is to be paid by client for each artist booked for services. Valet or up front self parking at the location of services. Please ask venue/location about vendor rates, discounts or waived parking fees.

LOCATION CHANGE:
Additional $100 (per hour) if needed to change location for makeup and hair services after services have begun. Example: Changing location from a home or hotel to a venue for the use of the bridal suite. Please take in mind that the packing and unpacking of our kits with the drive time and can be tedious, time consuming and will cut into the time needed for the services requested.
ADDITIONAL ARTISTS:
Additional artist requests for optimal timing. After the $1500 minimum is met with Cindy, or a round up.
$50 per additional artist reservation charge. Note: If the minimum is not met with services with Cindy due to the request of additional artists for a later start time, the amount due will round up to the minimum required.

HOLIDAY WEEKENDS:
There is a 25% surcharge of the total invoice if booking on the Holidays and Holiday weekends listed below.
New years eve, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day through the weekend, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

CANCELLATIONS:
$300 retainer is non-refundable. Please see signed wedding contract for more information.
PAYMENTS:
Payments are to be collected from client/bride only. Due NO LATER than one week prior of the wedding day. Only exception will be payment in cash, collected the day of wedding prior to artists starting services. No services will not begin until full invoice is paid. Any day of 'upgrades' and or 'add on' services need to be paid immediately before the service begins to the artist performing the service.
DESTINATION WEDDING:
- $2500/ up to 6 services with Cindy
- $1800/ up to 6 services with each additional artist
Pricing does not include cost of round trip airfare, transportation and lodging. Lodging must be reserved for a minimum of 2 nights (the night prior and after beauty services).
GRATUITY:
Gratuity/Tipping is not added in the invoice. It's not required, but greatly appreciated.
Suggested gratuity is between 15%-20%, the same as in a salon.
